Hey there my name is Jeff. I live in small town U.S.A. I am married and we have two children. We have been married for almost eighteen years, we have a sixteen year old daughter, and a fourteen year old son. We live relatively normal lives. I am starting this blog just as a way of getting things out of my head, and maybe in doing so figure some of them out. I think that I will just post about the things that happen in our live.
Last night I had a strange dream, the kind of dream that when you wake up you are still upset by what happened in it. I also woke up not feeling well. But I went to work anyway. When I came home I still did not feel well. My son went on a field trip to Wichita today, they got to go to the mall, and to a movie and out to eat. It was a reward for getting good scores on their standardized testing. After work I made a batch of oatmeal raisin cookies that my daughter has been asking for. It is amazing how cookies can disappear almost as fast as you can take them out of the oven (at least around our house). The kids have both gone to Church and the wife and I are watching AMERICAN IDOL. I guess I should tell you that I am a reality tv junkie. I really like watching IDOL, The Amazing Race, and Big Brother. I just can not get enough of them. I guess that is enough for today. If anyone out there has any questions or comments, just ask.
